1. General Information
Viaja Perú Travel is a travel agency specialized in offering tourist packages to different destinations within Peru. By hiring our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions described below.
2. Reservations and Payments
2.1. Reservation Procedure
All reservations must be made through our official website https://eng.viajaperutravel.com, by email or through direct communication with our representatives.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit or full payment must be made according to the selected itinerary.
2.2. Payment Methods
We accept payments through bank transfer, credit and debit cards, and online payment platforms.
2.3. Pricing Policy
The prices indicated in our packages include all the services specified in the itinerary. However, they may be subject to change due to fluctuations in rates, taxes or currency exchanges.
2.4. Payment Terms

3. Cancellation Policy and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations by the Client

In the event that Viaja Perú Travel must make changes to the itinerary for reasons beyond its control (weather, local conditions, operational unforeseen events, etc.), an alternative of equal value or a partial refund will be offered if it is not possible to continue with the original itinerary.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Documentation
It is the client’s responsibility to have the necessary travel documentation (passport, visa, permits) and to comply with the entry and exit requirements of the countries or regions to be visited.
5.2. Client Behavior
Clients must comply with local laws and respect the customs and regulations of the destinations visited. Viaja Perú Travel reserves the right to cancel the contract if the client acts inappropriately or illegally.
6. Agency Responsibilities
Viaja Perú Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (transporters, hotels, guides, etc.). We do not assume responsibility for unforeseen events beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, transportation problems, etc.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. Information Collection
Viaja Perú Travel collects personal information in order to process reservations and improve the customer experience. All information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2. Data Protection
We undertake not to share or sell clients’ personal information to third parties without their prior consent, except in cases necessary for the provision of the contracted services.
8. Insurance Conditions
Viaja Perú Travel strongly recommends the acquisition of travel insurance that covers accidents, illness, loss of luggage, flight cancellations and other unforeseen events.
We are not responsible for the loss of personal items or any other incident that must be covered by travel insurance.
9. Claims and Conflict Resolution
9.1. Claims
Any claim related to the services provided by Viaja Perú Travel must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the trip.
9.2. Conflict Resolution
In the event of conflicts that cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of [indicate city or country] and to the applicable local legislation.
