Our exciting day begins bright and early with a train ride from Cusco to Aguas Calientes, enjoying a spectacular tour through the Sacred Valley. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, we board a bus that will take us to the entrance of Machu Picchu. Our expert guide will lead us through the citadel, revealing the history and secrets of this impressive archaeological site. We will explore the Temple of the Sun, the Guardian’s House, the Main Plaza, and other highlights, learning about the life of the Incas and the function of each structure.
After the guided tour, we will have free time to explore on our own, take pictures, and enjoy the surroundings. We have lunch in Aguas Calientes before boarding the train back to Cusco. We will arrive in the evening, filled with unforgettable memories of one of the most iconic wonders of the world.
